Interviewer followed all ITIL requirement and procedure. Not much pressure.
We talked about Ensyst as a company and explain what is Ensyst is; then talk about what Ensyst needs for this role and then ask some technical questions

- Some questions about Lync 2010, 2013 and SFB
- Some questions about Voice gateway
