Engenuity Group interview questions

The interview process was quite confusing. After applying via Indeed and receiving a callback, the interview took an unexpected turn. Shortly into the conversation, the interviewer stated that my experience level didn't align with the role. While I appreciated the initial honesty, the interviewer then offered to help me find a position at other companies. However, when I followed up via email to pursue that offer of assistance, the communication became inconsistent, and I was told they could no longer help.
