Really thoughtful team that focused on behavioral, industry, and market-level questions during a first-round interview. Team was extremely knowledgeable and made sure to get my perspective on different companies, sectors, and trends.
Teams meeting with GP. Free form interview that felt more like a discussion on current market conditions, fund thesis, opportunities in private credit etc. Overall very good interview with a lot of substance.
