Interview questions were Easy and straightforward . All you need to do is to stay cool and answer confidently. You will have a cording round where you may need work on debugging REST API

Create REST API to getall and stream the list to filter
At first you were to get interviewed by one of their Product Managers just to check on you and the telling more about yourself. Then next would be the list of Product Managers asking for your desired salary and some questions about your role

Interview
They invite people interested in a variety of job functions to this group interview event, which they call a Career Event. They give several presentations about how wonderful Encompass is and then have people divide up into teams and work together to come up with a solution to a problem. Given the wide range of backgrounds it's very difficult to work as a group to come with anything meaningful to present in the time limit. A number of us attendees commented on how freely the alcohol flowed. The whole thing was kind of unprofessional. I'm sure some people would find it a nice environment but it didn't present me an appealing picture. Their building and location is lovely.
