On the first day, we were to fill an application form, attach it with our resume. Then, they explained what the company was and what our job profile would be and simply asked two questions in groups of 5, and we were then done for the day. I was called after a day and then we had to give an aptitude test and answer questions to a case study. Then, there was a one-on-one interview with the Director, Nadeem Khan. On the next day, we were taken for a field evaluation, where two of us spent half a day with a trainer and we went to all the shopkeepers in a particular area and saw the trainer raise funds for an NGO. We were also made to give a presentation to one of the shopkeepers, each. Following that, there was again a one-on-one interview with the Director. After that, I was called the next day to complete the formalities for joining the job.

Initially, there was an orientation round-through call, and if you made the short list, you were invited to the office for an HR and management round, which helped to highlight your special abilities.
