Empire Medical Training interview questions

HR contacted me and asked me to interview with the company's CFO. That interview went fine and I was invited to a on-site. Their office is located in a strip mall, 3 doors down from a "Gentlemen's Club". Shirtless men were riding bicycle in the parking lot- sketchy would be a charitable description. I was to interview with the owner. Not only was he and his team late, he wasn't even there. Interview lasted 10 minutes as they were passionate about having the person they hired being an expert in social media, something that was never mentioned in the job posting, conversation with HR or interview with the CFO. The company has potential, but the interview process is a disaster!
