Interview
Three stage process which began with a short HR phone interview to discuss basic qualifications. Next was a 45 minute full interview and 1.5 hour timed assignment to measure budget and prioritisation skill set with Senior Operations. The final round was a 45 minute panel style interview with mid-level operation officers. Overall process took about 3 weeks.
