Embrace Software interview questions

Had an initial 30 minute phone screen with a recruiter. She did not leave time for me to ask any questions and I received no follow-up or decline after the interview. I sent several follow-ups and then I eventually closed the loop through email. At this level, an email response (even a decline) after researching, preparing, participating, and following up on the interview is a minimal expectation that was not met.
