Eltropy interview questions

I went through three interview rounds over the span of two weeks, and after each round I spoke with HR (Aishwarya). She consistently gave positive feedback, said everything looked good, and reassured me there was nothing to worry about. However, after that, I tried reaching out to her around 20 times over two weeks with no response. When I finally contacted her from another number, she mentioned she needed to debrief with the interview panel. Then, after another 2–3 weeks, she informed me that they couldn’t move forward because they didn’t see me as a senior developer. This experience felt frustrating, as it seemed like my time was wasted during my notice period. It would have been much more helpful if they had communicated this earlier—perhaps after the first or second round—so I could have focused on other job opportunities instead.
