Pretty straight forward standard process, multiple rounds, recruiter, manager, Panel, HR etc. First 2 rounds mainly just diving into your background, what you did and why the switch. Our first round was rescheduled due to the manager forgetting he had a meeting at that same time though Seem to be disorganized w/ no communication between divisions - during 2nd round was given a verbal about preparing for the panel and said I should hear back later that day or latest tomorrow to get that scheduled. A week goes by, crickets Message the HM regarding this, and he sends over the automated rejection email but for a role that I never applied for or spoke about.
