First there was a 15 minute phone call asking about what I am seeking in a new role (growth, teamwork, etc.). I was invited to come in person the next day where I had an interview that lasted about 15 minutes just with simple question about my resume. A few hours later I received a call to come in for a final round which I chose not to attend.
