I liked everyone that I met. I was reached out to on Linkedin to start the process. Interview process consisted of 1) Recruiter screen 2) Peer behavioral interview 3) Take home assessment (takes a few hours to complete) 4) Presentation of the take home assessment to the Sr Director of the team. I was rejected after the presentation and was not offered any feedback after spending hours to complete the assessment and prep for the presentation. Really disappointing as it felt as though all the interviews had gone well so far. Even after earnestly asking for feedback, I was ghosted. Frustrating for job seekers out there to not know what exactly went wrong - it should be standard to provide feedback for actual assessment work.
