I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company in Sept 2013
Interview
Three step interview process. First is with recruiter who doesn't even work for Lilly so they can't answer any Lilly specific questions. Next was a phone interview with the head of the department and another researcher. This was a very basic interview about skills and behavior. The third phase was an on-site interview. The on-site interview started with a research presentation, followed by 6 1-on-1 interviews. Individual interviews were more like a conversation. It seemed like no one was given anything specific to talk about.
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company in Sept 2024
Interview
Took 4 months to offer to interview for the position. Interviewers didn't seem to have read my resume, nor seemed interested in my work history. Not sure why they'd waste time like that but did anyways.
Was texted hiring manager for a phone interview. Hiring manager never updated on his own and I had to check the workday status which failed to send the rejection letter to my email and said "NOT SELECTED."
