Interview
Took 4 months to offer to interview for the position. Interviewers didn't seem to have read my resume, nor seemed interested in my work history. Not sure why they'd waste time like that but did anyways.
Was texted hiring manager for a phone interview. Hiring manager never updated on his own and I had to check the workday status which failed to send the rejection letter to my email and said "NOT SELECTED."

Interview process was short and to the point. Great company to work for, but interview will go into past experiences. Will ask about previous jobs and what made you leave.
