Interview process was professional and transparent. Eli Dweck Designs was very communicable and clear about what they were looking for and how I might fit given my unique skill set and experience. Very friendly, comfortable office, and beautiful designs with point of view. The offer letter did not include PTO for the first year of employment, per firm policy. It also did not include an insurance package.
