The initial screening call is unfortunately conducted via AI video which robs the candidate from the human interaction and his/her ability to best showcase their talent. It is unfortunate that such a great company chooses such a route which could mean losing on some incredible potential talent. Nothing against AI but as if it is not already enough hurdles with ATS that companies use now the interviews are not human conducted.
