Elevate TechFest interview questions

I was referred. Referral meant I still had to go through the rigourous 3-step interview process with top grading at the end, but I could largely say whatever I wanted because I’ve never seen them not hire a referral.

The first set of interviews was a group interview, which I found interesting. There were approx 8 -10 ppl in the group - they opened up with a quick rundown of who/what Elevate is due to the company being so young. In addition they also reviewed responsibilities of the role and opened up that they are hiring support roles as they are expecting attendee numbers to double for this years festival! Overall it was a fun experience and they seem like a great company to work for.
