The interview is actually a joke. The person interviewing me was HR/CEOs executive assistant (same person, wild). She did not know what the job functions were, and it was obvious that they were trying to get a body in a seat. They could not give me a clear answer for how success was tracked and defined. There were no clear KPIs or goals. There was no clear development path or career path. When I asked what the company’s core values were, it was very clear that there were none. Every other word was “Elevanta Family” or “you’re joining a family”. I was spun a story of hybrid working, flexible PTO, and autonomy in my job… all were false. There is not hybrid work, they don’t let you use your PTO or they make it so hard you feel it’s not worth it, and there is ZERO autonomy. Basically they should have said “KPIs are to NOT UPSET CEO”.
