Interview
Didn't have a good experience. Panel interview with 4 people. Can only communicate with 1 person and the other 3 remain muted on no video. Not sure if they are even there. The managers names are different and didn't match the ones mentioned in the email provided by the recruiter. The interview didn't mention her title so I was not sure what's her position.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Elevance Health (Waukesha, WI) in Apr 2026
Interview
1. Recruiter, 2. hiring team and 3. offer/ accepted. Everyone was friendly/ engaging. Verbal offer first, formal offer a few days later. Drug test, background check. 2 week notice, salary with hourly rate.
First a Phone interview with screening recruiter followed by web chat interview with multiple employees. Some positions have a second interview as well depending on the position you are interviewing for
