The interview process began with a preliminary screening conducted by a third-party, followed by a notification the next week inviting me to a 30-minute virtual interview with two of the hiring managers. During the interview, they first introduced the team dynamic and provided detailed insights into the position. We had an engaging conversation where I was able to demonstrate how my experience aligned with the role’s expectations. Both interviewers were energetic and showed genuine interest in my background.
They asked several thoughtful questions, including, "How would you handle a question you didn’t know the answer to?" and "How would you approach working with HCBS providers and tailor your approach when interacting with different levels of management, such as field-based staff versus director-level meetings?"
Overall, the interview had a positive tone, and I felt confident in how my experience matched the position’s requirements.
