I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Elevance Health in Oct 2022
Interview
A recruiter sent me an email at 3:30pm on a Friday to schedule a phone screen for the following Monday at 8 am without inquiring if I was available. I attended that phone screen, which only took 5 minutes. Then another recruiter scheduled a panel interview with me the following Monday. When the invitation arrived I pointed out to the recruiter that the time on the Microsoft Teams said 8:30 am when it was supposed to be at 11:30 am. He said it was a glitch but assured me that it was going to be at 11:30 am. Come Monday at 8:36 am I receive an email message asking if I'm going to be joining the panel. I joined the panel within 5 minutes and had my camera on, however none of the 6 panel members turned their cameras on. It was the rudest interview I've ever sat through. One of my questions to the panel was to ask about the culture and the very rude hiring manager said, "Professional." Yeah, right. Afterward the 60 minute interview I emailed the recruiter to let him know of the error in scheduling the interview time, being sure to cc the hiring manager. I did not receive a response or an apology from anyone. 11 days later I received TWO emails stating that I did not get the job (for which I was overqualified and didn't want anyway).

Question 1
What is your process for going about data analysis?
Simple and casual. It was more of a conversation than an interrogation, which was a nice change of pace. As a recent college graduate and after several intense interviews at other companies, Elevance Health provided a safe space where they could get to know me as a person.
