I was reached out on Linkedin by the staffing agency (Visionaire Partners). They asked me for a general phone clearance interview. They asked a few agile related questions and what are my career aspirations. They provided me with information related to Anthem as a company and also the material to prepare me for the interview. Then hosted a mock-up interview at their premises. They gave me some tips on how to dress and what documents to carry. Then I was given a date for a technical phone interview from Anthem. A phone interview was taken by my technical manager and then the very next day I have confirmed the date for on-premises interview. I was asked during the interview to draw and present use cases for Agile. I was confirmed my position the next day based on a background check. The background check took 3 weeks and I was asked to join the company in 2 weeks time.
