When they told you what you would be doing they left a lot out. They don't tell you that they use more computer systems then needed and that they have a lot of technology issues. They also do not let you know how cut-throat the company culture is.

Behavioral question, all based around being an account manager. If you don't have experience and looking to pivot this might not be for you. They want you to have previous account manager experience.

Typical question/answer to work situations/experience. Why good fit? Why left last work? Etc. Know company history. Be prepared for any testing. Explain what you could do to improve any processes.
Seamless, straight forward and easy to navigate the process. I appreciated the texts emails and automated process.
Did not enjoy the talent coordinator not responding to questions about the job.
