Applied online, was asked to do an assessment. Fairly easy. Contacted me for a phone interview. Asked about previous jobs and why I left. Was asked to come in for a face to face interview today. Process so far has been about 8 days. The face to face interview was ok. I was interviewed by 1 person. After the interview had to do a writing portion of the interview. Had to write a cover letter to the manager on why I think I am the best candidate for the position. Will know something next week.

Interview
The first interview was a recorded Q&A. You had 3 tries to get the recorded response you wanted. The second interview was a 30 minute interview on Microsoft Teams. The manager was polite, personable, and the interview was casual.

Web camera interview then a second interview. Job offer a week later. Job offer was sent via Email and then quick phone call for offer. Congratulations letter followed the same day and then background check

Interview was good , they asks lots of questions just answer them with confidence I say . Questions can get a little tricky in the interview but you can do it
