Many phoners. A couple in person. Sadly I didn't have any interviews in the Chicago office or I'd have not taken the job based on that alone. The Willis Tower office is horrible. I did mostly video interviews, a few phoners. The reference check takes forever. I started a month after I got the offer. They actually offered me more than I asked for, which should have been a red flag.... the place sucks.

Lengthy, 5 interviews before a decision was made. Training is lacking, sink or swim culture. You will never have job stability with this company, everyday you will be wondering if today is the day the opt to lay you off. Profits over people.

Prescreen with recruiter. Multiple panel interviews with peers of hiring manager and peers to the position. Interview with hiring manager is last step. All questions are in behavioral based format (STAR response).

Recruiter was very prompt and professional, thorough, and transparent. She had been in her role for a very long time. I appreciated her knowledge, up front approach, and commitment to stay in touch throughout the process.
