The interview process is very lengthy and not well thought through. For example applying for a Project Manager as a senior and then you get invited for a screening call with a graduate. During the screening the graduate doesn’t even understand the questions she is asking and in no way can male any decisions or answer valuable questions. Even after O answered the first question the second question related to the already answered question and she didn’t understand it. Total waste of my time. One also needs to write technical tests and be able to draw out java on a whiteboard. A project manager isn’t supposed to be able to do the work, just understand the methodology and basic details of the implementation for a project to be successful. She also mentioned to me that she wont be able to push the interview process, since there are already applicants in interview phase. So they are actually wasting your time by advertising the position as still available. I was informed that I’m not offered the position. I guess they are looking to rather appoint a junior.
