1st Round: Clean a given dataset and present the results in an excel format. Present results to a manager/director + Behavioral/Fit questions
2nd Round: Summarize the results from the same dataset into 5-6 slides max. Present to a senior director.

2) Fit part: Why Electrolux? Which aspect specifically attracts you?

Dataset: Financial information from previous years, about the company's operations throughout 6 continents.

The interview process was smooth and quick. There was an initial phone interview with the recruiter followed by a face-to-face with the hiring manager. The interview was moreso to get a feel of personality.

Good interview with personality and technical questions. The situational one were great. Also your adaptability in team is checked. The expectation of the role is told to you . However you should ask specific questions here to judge yourself your suitability.
