Interview
Two phone screens with an internal recruiter, onsite interview w/hiring executive and a second onsite with the COO. Fourth was a full day assessment with a third party. Really good chemistry throughout but the full day assessment was a lot. My advice is to really take it seriously and prepare, as they throw a lot at you very quickly. HR was extremely helpful and responsive. I've interviewed at Google, Microsoft, and others and this was the toughest process and really about the best HR team I've interacted with.

Name three specific pieces of feedback you've been given from managers for areas of improvement.
One HR phone call and One panel interview with the direct manager and someone else. They do not do a good job of introducing themselves or talk about a day in the role.

My reasoning to go from one competitor to them. Overall the process wasn't professional as one person made a comment about being with some of my staff at a event. That puts me at risk.
