What would you say to someone using a CRM for the first time? (Super unrelated...)

I had a very short and vague interview. The interviewer jumped into the conference and went straight out to the point by suggesting me something like "comment about customer service", AND although my comments were also vague it could be anything in the between. In the sequence it made me a question about which indicators I used to measure customer satisfaction, which it is also vague if not based under product/service perspectives, meaning that I had explored my day to day operations with SaaS covering the key UX-UI factors. I finalized by saying the index level could be different depending on the product level and market. Third and last I was questioned about salary expectations.
