Interview process was too long. Took almost 6 months.
Assignment was long (took about 160 hours for me to complete). It was unpaid work that was used and not credited for.

Question were based on submission.
Besides that it was basic screening of expected salary, work hours.
They needed to fill the role asap. In the end the interview process took 2 months. With years of experience in this role, I have never had to go through 5 stages within 2 months of interviews. Not worth the salary.

I had an online interview wth another employee in a similar role. They were very friendly and I mistakenly assumed I would proceed to the next step. In the end, I was rejected due to lack of experience in video production.
