Interview
Il processo parte con la presentazione di CV e lettera di presentazione. Prosegue con un colloquio online, svolto in differita. In pratica tramite un'email si viene avvisati della data del colloquio e viene dato un link. La prima parte consta di quesiti che vengono posti per iscritto e c'è un tempo determinato per rispondere, le domande sono abbastanza tecniche. Poi si prosegue con la video intervista: non ci sono interlocutori, ma arrivano le domande a video e si deve rispondere. Ci sono sia domande generali, per determinare la motivazione, che domande più tecniche. Il fatto che manchi un interlocutore, quindi il feedback, si fa fatica a capire se si è centrato l'argomento.

It was intimidating at first, but the management was very accommodating. No trick questions, and the management helped you talk through answers.
Written tasks to determine competencies are challenging, and come with a very short time window.

Interview
Good structure, fast timeline between rounds. The interviewers were really accommodating. Technical test followed by online interview that lasted one hour. Got the results the following month. All questions were answered by the HR department.
