This company had the best interview process out of all the companies I interviewed with. A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. She then called me for a phone screening within a couple days. The DM then reached out to me for a phone interview and then we scheduled an in person interview. The whole process only took about a week and they were quick to let me know their decision.
