Educational Service Center of Lorain County interview questions

An employee notified me of the open position. I emailed the Technology Director with a resume. The Technology Director responded to my email within 3 days, and scheduled an interview for the following Monday. During the interview I was asked a series of questions about my skills. I was presented with different scenarios and was asked how I would respond if I was on the job. After the interview I was told I would be receiving a phone call within the next week letting me know if I was going to be hired in or not. 3 days later I received the call, and was asked to come in to fill out paperwork for the background check. After paying for the background check, I received a call the next day telling me that everything came back ok, and I started working the next day.
