Series of interviews with COO, followed by co-founder. The co-founder is obnoxious and rude. If you make it past the co-founder, they invite you on for a trial week. An entire week of working for them before they decide to hire you. Don't do it.

I had an initial phone screen where I was asked general questions about my background, style of work, and past experiences both positive and negative with former employers. Following this, I had a technical interview over the phone where I was asked basic questions about CSS.
