Three rounds of interviews and the last one being a panel interview that was over 2 hours long and a writing assignment that was sent to me 10 minutes before the interview started and needed to be completed within 2 hours after the interview. A waste of time.

Interview
Five rounds of interviews. Phone screen, hiring manager, senior team member(s), team interviews, VP interview. Plus a writing assignment that was sent just before the interview started and needed to be completed during it while they awkwardly waited. 1-2 month process. Little impersonal, canned questions, seemed right out of the SMART interview process. Overall they did well explaining and detailing the position, the company, and the expectations.
