I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Edge in Jan 2023
Interview
Phone screen with recruiter, then phone call with head of sales, then presentation with 5 senior level/C-Suite employees. Felt they were mining free ideas and didn't like any criticism of what they could have done better up to that point (even though that was one of the questions, so...). After that, strung along with little effort from the recruiter, then GHOSTED. From reading the reviews on here now, think it is for the best.

Interview
Less questions about me and more information about the position. It seemed like they were in a hiring frenzy. He said there were levels to the AE position and a quota was to be met in order to move up in the rankings.

Interview
I applied for the positon and received a follow-up message the same day. Interview scheduled a call, where he would call me. He missed this initial meeting and only followed up when I reached out to him. Like in another review, he apologized and pushed the meeting back a few days. Typical sales pitch, like reading from a script. Red flag was when he mentioned 'reprimands' concerning making a mistake. I was pushed through to another round with a different interviewer. She sounded tired and uninterested. I had to push when asking my questions (things like how they measure success). Never received a follow-up interview after a verbal confirmation. No one responds to emails to follow up. Takeaways: they expect you to work overtime & be on call for clients outside of paid work hours, "not for slackers", give 110% --- all while being paid under market value because they are essentially a start-up.
