Interview
First round interview was fast and done online. Second round consists of another interview and a 15 minutes mock teaching simulation based on a lesson plan that one has to prepare and prepare materials related to the lesson plan.

What made you want to be a Special Needs Educator?
First round of HR interview. Second round interview with a mock lesson. Seems to focus more on what experiences you have previously. Interviewers were chill and was a quick process.
Two rounds of interview, one with the HR and the other with the Education head. Have to sort of prepare a lesson with powerpoint. Relatively simple and a small taste of the job scope
