Ecolibrium Biologicals interview questions

Interview itself was fine and standard. The company seemed to want a collaborative vibe and people assertive/confident enough to make technical and innovative contributions. Contract was sent with incorrect salary (10% of agreement) and several clauses were ambiguous and did not meet current employment standards that had recently come into effect. Although these could have been simply mistakes, the response to having these pointed out was highly unpleasant and unprofessional, and the toxicity was evident from top down. Would be hesitant to proceed with employment here. They did not seem interested in paying their due and behavior suggested pervasive bullying tactics.
