Joined as a intern from CHina. So only telephone interview. Last 30 mins. Before that was agency interview by AIESEC about English proficiency. The interview was between me and 2 othee people fro Eco, GM and International sale. They mainly focused on language skills and business communication experience. Overall the interview was pretty smooth and enjoyable. Both interviewers are good-tempered and professional.
