Began with a phone interview with a single person. I had concerns that the company wanted an exceptionally wide range of experience and skills for a single person. The phone interviewer clarified some of the expectations, which made the job seem more reasonable. Followed up with an in-person interview with a group of four, one of whom was the phone interviewer. One person was late, and we stared without them. The interview seemed to go well until the fourth interviewer arrived. He was brusque, demanding, and seemed to have ridiculously high expectations of the breadth of expertise he needed.
