The interview process involved 3 stages. I met Lisa Kemp(HR) in the first stage which was an informal interview.
At the 2nd stage, I met Jaya Dandapani(Head of QA) and Lisa Parrot(Global Account Management Director) to talk about my experience and ask questions in more detail about the role.
For the 3rd stage, I had the opportunity to meet the team face to face which was a great experience. After this interview, I knew more about the role and think it is a brilliant idea for all new team members to experience as part of the interview process.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Eckoh
Interview
The interview process at Eckoh was a very positive experience. I firstly had an informal call with Lisa (HR) to establish my experience and what I was looking for and I was provided with more information on the company and also the job spec. She only had good things to say about the company and was very welcoming, I felt comfortable talking with her and being honest about my situation being a working mum of two young children.
From here I had a more formal virtual interview, which was also positive, I felt supported and this allowed me to ask more questions about the role and the business. I then had an in-person interview and had to prepare a presentation. On arrival, I was given a tour of the office which is really nice space. I had a few more questions to ask, and the team were very happy to answer all my questions.
Overall it was a good experience, everyone I met was extremely friendly, I never felt like I was being asked questions to 'catch me out' which can happen during interview processes, but this was definitely not the case here.
