Simple and easy. The questions were all about QC majorly and good laboratory practice. Then about working with a team especially. How to troubleshoot. Process was simple too. Submit CV, get called and scheduled for an interview. Mine was on zoom

Online interview was organized and it was purely experience based and leadership based.
Question we're also purely practical ranging leadership skill, interpersonal skills and conflict resolution skills.
It lasted for over 45 minutes
