I applied through university. I interviewed at Eastman in Sept 2025
Interview
I got an interview from on campus career fair for a full time role. The first round was behavioral questions that were highly specific in my opinion. The interviewer was very friendly though. STAR method was expected. I did not make it to the second (and final) round, but I was told that it is a virtual technical interview with a panel of engineers.

Question 1
They asked something along the lines of "explain a time when there were multiple theories and how did you go about finding the truth"
I had a very fun interview process. They were all very nice and chill even when I was nervous. I appreciated how friendly they were even after a long and tiring week of career fairs.

Question 1
How have you implemented your technical skills you learned in the classroom?
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Eastman (Kingsport, TN) in Aug 2020
Interview
The panel of interviewers included five people. The questions they asked were in the STAR format, which asks the candidate to describe a situation in their experience that matches the given scenario. The interview was virtual, and was fairly relaxed. There was time to ask the interview panel questions at the end.
