Standard behavioral questions by HR, that went well so they set me up with the people they thought would be my managers for an on site interview. Received a call within a week offering me the internship with the managers I had interviewed with.

Friendly interviewer, asked me typical interview questions for team and alignment. Then, there was a dinner with other people who were also interviewing to work there. They seemed to care about me as a person.

Good interview process where the interviewers were willing to get to know you as a candidate to see if you would provide value to the company. They also allow you to get to know the company during the interview and are very candid about their experiences.

When was a time you encountered adversity and how did you overcome it?
The interview was pretty casual. The interviewer did not smile a lot which made me a bit nervous. It was brief, only about 20 minutes or less. It was similiar to other interviews at the fair I attended.
