I spoke to a recruiter at a career fair, and was offered a screening interview within the next few days. The interview was only about 15 minutes and primarily involved behavioral questions, and a few quick resume related questions. I did not make it to the next round of interviews.

Friendly interviewer, asked me typical interview questions for team and alignment. Then, there was a dinner with other people who were also interviewing to work there. They seemed to care about me as a person.

Good interview process where the interviewers were willing to get to know you as a candidate to see if you would provide value to the company. They also allow you to get to know the company during the interview and are very candid about their experiences.

The interview was pretty casual. The interviewer did not smile a lot which made me a bit nervous. It was brief, only about 20 minutes or less. It was similiar to other interviews at the fair I attended.
