Interview
Too many steps involved. Interviewer asked a lot of questions but I found her abrupt and thinks too highly of herself. The questions were good but how it was asked. I get that the interviewer wants to set expectations but it is neither inspiring nor believable.
Given questions based on experience working with kids and your working abilities. After the interview, you get to observe the session and get a glimpse of how a session is conducted.

Interview
Firstly, there was a screening call, inquiring about your experience and motivation. After passing the screening call, an interview day was set up. On the day, required to fill in a questionnaire about understanding pertaining to Autism/ Role. Group interview/ individual interview.
