Interview
Time wasters, foot draggers, very picky.
Three levels of interview process took 2 months of scheduling for a level 1 position. Met with 10 people, 8 people from the US, 2 skypes to Europe, and same 2 people a second time with more questions. This is an old school style company with old ways of thinking. All interviewers were Caucasian, no diversity.
Questioned by an older HR woman with bright lipstick about a "gap" between positions on the resume.
Does this company really think that people are criminals if they have not worked one job for 20 years straight? They have no modern insight about industry with it's competition and cutbacks including consulting/contracting/outsourcing in just about every profession and this lack of modern thinking was reflected in these interviews.
Was asked the typical "where do you see yourself in 5 years" question as well as some mock customer support phone call scenario questions.
On the way out even the people waiting in the hall to meet with the company were all Caucasian men.
