Met with someone from human resources. Completed a bunch of forms. Took a personality test. Gave references and resume. Submitted to background check. Met with Editorial Manager and Creative Director in small panel interview setting. Already knew them, so it was comfortable and somewhat relaxed. Questions were fairly straight forward. Was clearly the most qualified candidate, but may have been overqualified.
