ERA Environmental interview questions

Incredibly unprofessional interview process. My interview was scheduled for 9am, however nobody knew I was scheduled for an interview (including HR) and I was made to wait an hour. After said interview I was asked to do an exam, which I was unprepared for but was still content in doing to showcase my skills. After this all was concluded I was lectured by the CEO at how difficult the job was, how I would have to work long hours and that I wasn't up to the task. Mind you I have never met this woman in my life nor had she reviewed my candidature considering I had experience in the field and was not a recent graduate. The entire process left a bitter taste in my mouth and was overall unprofessional.
