EQ Group (UK) interview questions

Whilst i wasn't successful for the role, I had been through 3 stages of interviews. All were challenging, but not out of the realms of which a competent General Manager should be knowledgeable off. The process included face to face interviews, case studies & final interview stages with the senior leadership (In person & remotely).

The interview was a three step process, 2 face to face meetings, followed by case study work and presentation. You would have to analyse and present your strategy based on real financial data from the company once you sign an NDA. There were several tests required to be completed as well.
